The photo above (which I obtained using a screenshot utility) was taken from a UFO video that I came across on YOUTUBE. The video was taken in Montreal, province of Quebec (Canada) in January of 2010.
It appears to me that this UFO has taken the guise of Resplendent Quetzal. The actual video footage was much more convincing evidence than the single image shown above.
I had previously provided a link to the original video in this post… Unfortunately tchenta1965 has (for unknown reasons) removed the video from his extensive collection of UFO videos on youtube, most of which he shot personally.
